"If you just communicate, you can get by. But if you communicate skill-fully, you can work miracles". ~ Jim Rohn

My personal mission is to serve communities from individuals to couples and family units, through the utilization of effective and bespoke psychotherapy techniques. I am committed to empowering all my clients, facilitating their healing journey and encouraging informed decision making as they navigate through their life journey in confidence.

I have a Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Melbourne, and a Masters of Counselling (Monash University). Till date, I have been providing specialist fertility and couples counselling for patients in a renowned private fertility clinic in Singapore for the last three years. Prior to transitioning to counselling full-time I was a music educator and ran my independent music school for over 20 years. I am also a certified in Suicide Prevention and Embodied Psychology, Gottmans Couple Therapy Level 1 and 2, and have undergone Baby Loss Virtual Training conducted by Bereavement Training International.

In addition to my spezialisation in couples therapy, I also have a wealth of experience as an educator interfacing with young students where I gained a wealth of understanding in the mental and emotional wellbeing of children. Furthermore, my work at The Helping Hand and St Luke’s Hospital have likewise provided me with a multitude of different experiences working with adolescents and adults who struggle with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, suicidal tendencies, relationship issues, domestic abuse, family and marital issues.

As an integrated counsellor, I draw on various techniques included but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and tailor my strategies to each client's counselling session. I aim to equip every client with pragmatic strategies to help them become confident, adaptable and resilient individuals.

It is my ultimate desire to provide a holistic platform hinged upon a collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients to help them reach their desired goals.
