One of the most experienced counsellors, having conducted over 4,000 - 5,000 client sessions in my current role.

I lived Singapore for 14 years and now lives in the UK, working with clients all over the world online. Prior to psychotherapy, I held management roles in economics and research in London and Singapore. My clients appreciate how I do not waste time or push for more sessions. They enjoy the lightness I bring to difficult topics, whilst ensuring my practice is based on the latest scientific research.

I do not believe in long drawn-out periods of therapy. I aim to give every person or couple with tools and takeouts from every session, equipping them to start experiencing real change in their day to day lives as soon as possible.

I have undergone trainings in Trauma, PTSD, ADHD and ADD, Grief and Loss, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. I am also experienced in working across ages, from teens to octogenarians.
